The hotel had very spacious rooms with natural hardwood floors, which I found to be a great deal for the price paid. The room was really big, offering a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and the room size was nice, making the experience cozy. However, I had to do a bit of a backbend to rinse my hair in the shower. The location was excellent, with proximity to Quicken Loans Arena and just a couple of blocks from the pedestrian-only 4th street lined with superb restaurants. On the downside, I wasn't used to paying for parking, especially when it added almost 25% to my total bill.

My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms, although a bit outdated in terms of paint and finishings, were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had great high ceilings.
