I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great view of the city at night. The service was helpful and accommodating, although there were some issues at checkout. The hotel had very spacious rooms with natural hardwood floors, which I found to be a great deal for the price paid. The room was really big, offering a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and the room size was nice, making the experience cozy. However, I had to do a bit of a backbend to rinse my hair in the shower. The location was excellent, with proximity to Quicken Loans Arena and just a couple of blocks from the pedestrian-only 4th street lined with superb restaurants. On the downside, I wasn't used to paying for parking, especially when it added almost 25% to my total bill.
